7. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Manukau, Auckland.

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

  • Risk and ownership of the goods pass to you once we hand the item to the courier.

8. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Bank Transfer

All payments must be made in full before dispatch. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are current and accurate.

9. Returns and Refunds

  • You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • A restocking fee (20% or $7.99, whichever is greater) may apply to change-of-mind returns.

  • Return shipping costs are:

    • Covered by us for faulty or incorrectly shipped items.

    • Covered by the customer for change-of-mind or incorrect orders.

All returns require prior approval and an RMA number. Returns without authorization will be discarded at your cost.
