Return Window: 7 calendar days from the date of delivery

Return Method: Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending any item back

Return Address: Returns must be sent to our designated warehouse address (not the store or office address)

Return Shipping Costs:

If the product is faulty upon arrival or we sent the wrong item, NZINK covers return shipping.

If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item, you cover the return shipping.

Restocking Fee: The greater of 20% of the item value or NZ$7.99

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

The item must be returned within 7 days

It must be in “as-new” condition, unused, and in its original packaging

Please get in touch via our Contact Page to request an RMA number. Returns without prior approval and an RMA number will not be accepted. -
Return the Item:

Send the item to the warehouse address provided (not our store or office)

Use courier with track & trace—you are responsible for the item until it is received by us

If we shipped the wrong item, we will cover return postage and send you the correct one.

If the return is due to buyer’s remorse or an incorrect order, return shipping and restocking fees apply.

Items returned without an RMA number or outside of the return window may be discarded at the buyer’s expense.

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us before returning it.

In many cases, issues are due to installation errors or printer settings and can be resolved without returning the item.

If the item is found to be genuinely faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

If, after testing, the fault is determined to be due to misuse or failure to follow installation guidelines, a refund or replacement may be declined.
❗ Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders
If you change your mind or order the wrong item, we may reject the return request after the 7-day return window has passed.
